Age: Campanian Cretaceous, 80-74 million years old. This is an authentic hadrosaur tooth from the Two Medicine Formation of Teton County, Montana.

There is no restoration or repair on this tooth. This could be a few different species, but based on the size of this dentary tooth Gryposaurus is the most likely ID.
